The padded Bo staff is available in lengths of 150 cm or 180 cm and is suitable for self-defense training such as in the Bo-Jutsu.
With the foam stick the martial artist trains in Kobudo the handling of the long stick. In stick fighting the foam covering at the ends of the soft stick protects against injuries. Regular training with the KWON paddle stick trains coordination, endurance and agility. Tendons and ligaments are stretched and all muscle groups in the body activated.
